The Apparel Tronic crew is incredibly proud and happy to welcome to its prestigious roster a ‘one of a kind’ artist like Stelios Vassiloudis. The Greek DJ and producer and his five-track ‘Saudade’ EP will be the protagonists of the 17th release of AT’s catalogue. The record is a dazzling display of Stelios’ sonic talent and we’re thrilled to be the ambassadors of his latest work, which kicks off in broken style with the elegant, yet firm energy of ‘Back To’, a perfect opener; then ‘Longing For Nothing’ keeps up the pace with its spacey intro and a vigorous bassy breakdown. ‘No Answer’ represents the meeker, quieter, Trip-Hop soul of the EP while ‘W5’ fully shows Stelios’ beat-making skills. The closing ‘Waves’ with its warm presence and class, whispers heartily that the end of the trip is on sight. Saudade is an all-around complete and versatile EP, archetypal of the artist’s sonic ambidexterity and skilfulness, a stunning journey through his creative mind, which we’re proud to be able to present you.
